Time to skip the country again

We are heading out looking for adventure again.  This time we will be seeing what all the fuss is about in Italy!  I've got 7 days till we leave and I'm scrambling to get work wrapped up, power converts packed, books downloaded, camera memory cards deleted...oh yeah and the blog updated.
